Terms of service
1. The software
broker365 is software published by Sultan Tech that you install and run on your own computer or server. It connects an AI agent that you control to your Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts. It is distributed privately, to people invited by Sultan Tech.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use broker365 only with accounts you own or are authorised to use.
- You are responsible for the AI agent you connect and for the actions you ask it to perform, such as sending email, sharing files or deleting items.
- Keep the machine running broker365 secure; anyone with access to it may be able to use your signed-in accounts.
- Follow the terms of Microsoft and Google for the services you connect.
3. Safety features are aids, not guarantees
broker365 includes protections such as a read-only mode, draft-first email and confirmation of risky actions. They reduce the chance of unwanted changes but cannot prevent every mistake an AI agent may make. Review important actions before you approve them.
4. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy. In short, your data stays on your machine and is never sent to Sultan Tech.
5. No warranty
broker365 is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sultan Tech is not liable for any loss of data, damages or costs arising from use of the software.
6. Changes and ending
These terms may change; the new version is published on this page with a new date. You can stop using broker365 at any time by signing out and uninstalling it.
