Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

broker365 ("the app") is software published by Sultan Tech that you install and run on your own computer or server. It connects an AI agent that you control to your Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts. This policy explains what the app does with your data.

The short version

What the app accesses

Only what you allow when you sign in. Depending on the permissions you choose, that can include files in OneDrive or Google Drive, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, email, calendar, contacts and tasks. The app requests these permissions in groups, so you can grant only what you need.

What the app stores, and where

What Sultan Tech receives

Nothing. The app does not send analytics, telemetry, crash reports or account data to Sultan Tech. This website only serves static pages and does not use cookies.

Google user data

broker365's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

The AI agent you connect (for example Hermes and the model provider you configured) is chosen and operated by you; data your agent sends to its model provider is governed by that provider's terms.

Microsoft user data

Microsoft data is handled the same way: it is accessed with the permissions you grant, processed only on your machine, and never sent to Sultan Tech.
